i bought a character from this bbs a few month ago.
today i find my account with that character is banned and the seller said the character is returned to him(he said he didn't do anything and the character is suddenly returned to his account).
i don't think i missed or broke any rules of the Character Bazaar BBS,why a GM can lift a ban without check any log?
if you don't want player to trade their character why you open this bbs?
GM,Please explain why you do this and let everybody know it.

wow sounds like you got hit by the ccp hammer :( i looked at the thread and i see one 4.5 bil confirmed but not the other !

Well the seller said the first 4.5 was transferred and then it was implied that the other half was sent and the char was then subsequently sent. I mean with their tools it should be really easy to check isk logs.

Things turn out that the character was from a hacked account.
The seller bought it from the person who hacked the account through this bbs and resell it to me.
In the end,the original owner get the character back with nothing lost.i get my isk paid for the char back and get the ban of my alt account lifted,but i paid 2 months for the account for nothing.
And the seller got a -2b wellet for the isk was return to me and paid serverl months for the account of the stolen char.
So in the end,except the original owner of this stolen char,the seller and me lost our real money or isk for the char for nothing.and the hacker must have sold the isk he got.
i must say "CCP,WELL DONE!!".
