Good luck with your theory. The reality will be (I can assure you) that you will hit for pretty much nothing and die should another AF target you.
Do try testing PvP fits out before you post them mmm? I have. He wasn't asking for PVE, he's asking for PVP.
Ship BONUSES - you don't use arty on a ship whose main bonus is to AC.
Here's a hint - what's the Jag bonus to?
Your loss anyway if you ever do use it in PvP. EFT != PvP

Did you look at his gang? No of course you didn't. You just waded in to post your "great fit". WTF are they going to be doing engaging anything with a heavy neut? I suggest you try the fit before engaging in any more verbal nonsense because webs (unless overheated faction) are NOT an issue.
