Well it is just around the corner. There are quite a few charities and organizations who come together for events like these to raise awareness for cancer and the such. But my real question is! Where are all the awesome mustaches?
For those who don't know what an awesome stash can do. Please watch this video.
I think EVE Online would benefit greatly if we added more options in the mustache department of character customization.

Now that there will be mustaches countless people will become "aware" of prostate cancer and lives will be saved.
It's basically just like all the girls posting a random color as their facebook status. "Black" oh **** better get a mammogram!
People, we are talking about saving real lives here. It's a pretty big deal. Someone called it slactivism once and that made me pretty mad but then I got too busy typing a 3000 work treatise on children's cartoons on a message board so I forgot about it for a second. |

I wasn't trying to make this a charity event, just wanted to show the impact facial hair has had in our world. And perhaps the impact it could have in EVE. Imagine an entire corporation where every member had to have a handlebar mustache. Epicausity right there.

Sadly, I cannot partake in this event. Hunting season is also around the corner and if I do not maintain a certain... lack of fuzziness... I might be mistaken as something worthwhile to aim at.

I have never shaved, so I am helping to bring awareness for such all year long, or I am just lazy... These charities and organizations should be celebrating me... I only trim some to keep the birds from nesting, that gets annoying. |
