I currently dual box with 2 accounts to run lvl 4's. currently both are in the same corp but i am contemplating droping my alt out of corp and forming a one man corp for the sake of placing a highsec POS. My question is are there any problems that might arrive missioning together in a fleet without being in the same corp?

Can only think of accidentally shooting your alt

If your alt "steals" the loot , and your corpi's shoot the red guy .

the only problem I can think of is using tractor beams on each others wrecks, not sure if that works if you are in the same fleet, I know it doesn't work on wrecks created by non corp members not in fleet.

If I recall correctly, having the two characters on mutual +10 standings will allow one to tractor and loot while the other accepts missions, etc.
Just don't try shooting each other - this includes using webifiers to slingshot freighters into warp. You'll slingshot the freighter alright, but you'll also score a security status hit and a visit from CONCORD.

As mentioned main danger is acidentally shooting your alt that is in another corp and getting visit from concord. So if you mission with chars in different corps do not use remote repair modules, remote sensor and tracking booster and stuff like that that needs you to lock the other guy.
Plus ofc minor annoyances like tractor beams and getting flashy. You do not need to remain in pos corp tho, you need standings only for anchoring and getting those takes about a week or so.

if you are in the same fleet you can loot/tractor the wrecks as long as you are both in space, or the wrecks belong to you. annoying when you are trying to loot/salvage and one docks up to turn in the mission and take another one, and can no longer tractor, or take without getting aggro.
and as said, just don't shoot yourself, that will turn out poorly

I have a multi-corporations setup and I think I used repair modules and I did not get concorded.
I think that setting the alts +10 standings does that and also removes flashing when looting as I don't recall of seeing any flashing either.
Edit: now that I recall better, I have done cross corp:
- R armor repping
- R drones repping
- R capacitor reload
with no consequence whatsoever *on mutual +10 standings characters*. - Auditing and consulting

Yes. Those things will not get you concorded no matter what the standings are, be they +10 or -10. However, activating agressive module on your alt is easy to come if it's already locked. All you need is little lapse of attnetion or few seconds of lag and BAM. As added bonus if your ships are remote repping or boosting each other concord will liberate you from both of those as after it turns up you were helping the criminal afterall.
And stay away from logisticks drones in hi sec. They are death drap, as they also bring concord on your head if they go well .. a little haywire ... you know like drones like to go for nearest thing sometimes. Remote repping red crosses get's ya concorded. And as best part - there is no warning dialog if you tell em to go rep that red cross by miscliking. As usual logs will show nothing afterwards.

Loot logging will make your alt flashy red to your main's corp when/if he loots.

Used to do this all the time, as long as you're fleeted and both in system there are no issues with looting ( or indeed, RR/boosting ). Losing the ability to tractor when the owner goes is really damn irritating, so you can't run your main off to another system to do something else until you're finished ( or you abandon the wrecks ).

Good point Carniflex.
Does anyone else find it strange that you can shoot rats all you want but if you rep them you will get CONCORDED?
A friend of mine lost an Onieros because he accidentally repped a rat in a lvl 5. Very strange.

I think (I could be very wrong) this happens because a guy could enter your "everything at 5km mass aggro" mission and rep the enemy ships while you are scrammed by them and slowly get your tank broken and ultimately lose your ship. And lose it without being able to defend or retaliate as the other guy would get you concorded if attacked. - Auditing and consulting

I disagree on this point. I prefer to use medium rep drones in missions over remote rep module. Once the Drones are engaged, you can delock your friend/ alt. Which prevents you from accidental shhoting him.
I never had a case that they flew of to repair a rat or other fleet member automaticly. I think you really need to give the engage command. =====

Correct! This change is only a few years old. Previously you could do just that: rep the rats without the mission runner being able to attack you. Even if the rats couldn't kill him, you could keep reping the scramming rat and he wouldn't be able to do anything except wait for downtime.

Back before they made CONCORD also appear in deadspace I have been sitting in deadspace with 2 red flashing golems waiting my global agro timer out bcos I had logistiks drones out. Stopped using them after that. They will get you killed eventually. So so far you have been lucky. You can bet on it that afterwards logs will show nothing. And even if they do you will get back only mods that popped.
