Smack? yes i have a big mouth, i was couple of days in the caldari militia and smacked a bit around against pirates that destroyed my command ship :)
scamming? i never scammed anyone in my life! so stop lying and stay ontopic or i will have to report you, this is a char sale and not debat forum topic..

Whether someone is a scammer is on topic as the next owner would be saddled with that reputation. I've seen people try to dump characters with broken reputations a number of times - letting prospective new owners know about that ahead of time is fair. Most paranoid Eve players wont be convinced by a character sale thread either, as you can easily fake a transfer to a new owner using alts.
That said, unfounded accusations of scamming are totally unfair. IRL, an accusation like that is libel or slander per se whether or not it is true, if you don't have proof then shut your mouth/stop typing.
