Hello eveonline community! I just had a quick newbie question regarding the conversation window.
Originally, when I clicked on "Start Conversation" with an agent it would pop up a window with 2 sections. On the left was a description of the mission and the portrait of the agent, and on the right side would be a condensed list of objectives, rewards, and occasional hints.
Sometime between today and yesterday something has caused this expanded window to stop showing up when I click on "Start Conversation." Now every time I click on "Start Conversation" with an agent, it only pops up a single window in which I have to click "View Details" at the bottom.
Now I know this may seem like a minor issue, but when I am trying to blitz through missions to grind up some standing it gets very tedious to click on "View Details" every single time - especially since I didn't have to do that originally.
Does anyone know how to set it back so that the "View Details" is automatically selected every time I click on "Start Conversation" with an agent?
Many thanks.

Sounds like you are using a locator agent, and unfortunately this is how their window works.
Pain in the backside, but no way around it.

Yes it's a pain, CCP UI design team showing it's advanced skills in being non intuitive. I seriously don't think this team actually play the game like most devs do, although its obvious to anyone it's an irritating way to do it. Even my cat said it was silly only the other day. There is no reason why there can't simply be a button to select the agent as a locater rather than ask every damn time.

I've been seeing that with agents in the Algogille system. As far as I know they're level 1 mission agents.
