the thing is, the person who changed how much it costs doesn't get to see any of the money. it goes to CCP.
the option is there just for griefing.

that actually makes it worse in my opinion. instead of stealing someone's money, you're just basically having it thrown away, which is even more grief.
there's no reason for this feature.

I think this is soemthing we can all agree on, its the most stupid feature ever I don't recall anyone ever asking for it, and to say they don't have time to look into projectiles till after exodus launch yet they have time to code crap like this..

Yea, this is a problem that needs sorted sooner rather than later. I have convoed/gang invited people I know have me on their buddylist, and I still get charged for the convo.
The 100 million isk fee is just stupid as well. I've seen a few others with differant ammounts (none that big, though).

awesome feature tbh. i love it. ofcourse, if you are on someone's buddy list you shouldn't pay. but otherwise its cool...you dont get convo messages in the middle of fleet battle. (or if you do, you know they will regret ever clicking yes on that box heh)
