chinokk	Posted - 2010.03.06 16:38:00 - [1] Welcome To The First Bi-Weekly Low Risk Lottery -=WIN AN ORCA FOR JUST 2MILLION ISK=- FIRST PLACE=- ORCA CAPITAL INDUSTRIAL SHIP first place winner will recieve an orca delivered anywhere in high sec SECOND PLACE=- HULK EXHUMER second place winner will recieve a hulk delivered anywhere in high sec THIRD PLACE=- SKIFF EXHUMER third place winner will recieve a skiff delivered anywhere in high sec FOURTH PLACE=- FIFTH PLACE=- ALL RECIEVE **COVETOR MINING BARGE SIXTH PLACE=- fourth, fifth and sixth place winners will recieve covetors delivered anywhere in high sec -GAME INFORMATION- - Number of tickets = 500 - Cost of each ticket = 2million isk (2,000,000). - Length of lottery = until all tickets have sold or the 20th march 2010 (whichever is first). - The program http://www.randomizer.org/form.htm will be used by the 3rd party to draw a winner. - The 3rd party that has agreed to assist will be Y USOSAD - Note: After winners have been drawn, they will be contacted for delivery of the specific item won. (Please allow at least 5 days for delivery of item) -How to Play!- -To purchase tickets, please send isk to in-game character CHINOKK with the reason ORCALOT. -Send isk in increments of 2 million ONLY! (Then and only then will a ticket purchase be counted and subject for contest) -Any isk sent that is NOT an increment of 2 million or does NOT include the reason: ORCALOT WILL be considered a donation. This is so it will be easier for tickets to be counted. GOOD LUCK TICKETS SOLD: 3
