Hello and Good Day to All,
I have a question for you.... Isn't this *cough cough* 'Lottery' just a scam?
As I see some of the facts for this 'Lottery' of yours is the following.
1. Your main named 'chinokk' is a low security status rated player.
Most likely a poor old pirate.
Also a confirmed scammer from Rens local chat from last springs spam-tacular event.
[ 2009.05.04 22:40:30 ] chinokk > Damage Control II surpless stock selling cheap only 400k
2. You are running the 'Lottery' with two low age alts.
3. You say you will fraps a random number from a website.
Websites can be faked, and fraps can be photo touched.
In my opinion this is no way to pick a random number as it can be too easily faked.
Find a real life random number that can be verified by everyone.
4. Your players in this 'Lottery' and some basic facts about them are listed below.
The main is 'chinokk' and your two alts are named 'Y UsoSad' and 'gallmarr'.
(Note - 'gallmarr' is your Rens spam alt)

Hello and Good Day To Everyone,
Mr Spinepuller, a few questions come to mind.
1. What are your qualifications to pick the winning number(s)?
I've looked at your posting history and don't see any posts except today's. So I can only assume you have never before been involved in a 'lottery'
2. Your link to your 'website' doesn't show the method of picking this number. How will it be performed? Will the number be picked based on some real life random number that everyone can confim? As we all know, there are many ways to falsify web/internet picked numbers.
3. Why is you security status -1.2?
Are you also an unscrupulous pirate like chinokk?
4. Why did you join a new corp 3 days ago after being in a NPC corp for 1.5 years?
Did you know chinokk just joined a new corp 2 days ago, and gallmarr also joined a new corp 3 days ago?
Seems to be a lot of new corp movement for 3 of the 4 people involved in this 'lottery', right?
5. Did you know that '375 Rhinos' your current CEO of The Order of the Blade also has perpetrated a scam just like chinokk? Kind of odd, huh?
6. How does your involvement in this 'lottery' confirm that it is not just another scam? It seems chinokk and all the others involved keep saying they will do everything to assure everyone that it is not a scam, and stress that point over and over yet still I don't see the security needed.

No sarcasm here, just the blunt honest truth being tossed about.
In the future...
Always treat anything that sounds to good to be true as a scam.
Then treat everything else with caution as it may be a scam too:)

Your sarcasm is not necessary. I'm sorry that I'm only 2 months new into the game, and dropped 6mil with a little hope of this not being a scam. Never hurts to try.
