Joshua dont forget that the pirate version has 3 bonuses as opposed to the Navy's 2, plus it starts off with a 25% bonus to damage that's not dependent on your skill level.

I've got to assume some of the info is wrong - the Fleet Stabber has Caldari Cruiser 3 as the main skill requirement lol. But boy it should move with an mwd, mass is only 8m kg as opposed to the 10m for the standard Stabber though base speed is a lil lower, actually its the same speed the stabber used to be prior to being upped which would make me think that maybe the stats haven't been finalised yet.
Actually if you look at the stats of some of the various faction frigates there is a massive difference in some of them.
