Before I say anything more, I'd like to say that I think that Station Containers are a good idea.
But...
Bearing in mind I run missions out of a station with no refinery, bearing in mind they are too big to transport anywhere, and bearing in mind my agent's station is in a backwater where the only people there are also running missions and so will have their own supply...
Is giving Station Containers out as agent rewards really such a good idea?
Please rethink this CCP, as this is worse than getting shuttles...

I'm going to have to agree here. I was happy to receive my first few station containers. I used them to organize my stuff, and it was good and neat. :)
But then I got like 30 more! There's no refinery and no offices available for my corp (not that we need thirty station containers anyway). So I'm basically looking at trashing these or having them sit in my hangar for ever...

54 containers after doing 3 missions.
Im currently using 5 of em, i cant do anything with the rest...

yeah my agent gives me those ones aswell, got 8 so far, great for my corp hanger... but im happy with normal containers for now, as i can dish them out to corp members

didnt they say you would eventually see super haulers that would only do station to station...........i may be wrong but if they do then maybe these super cans will be a big use in all ure other stations

Havnt heard anything about super haulers.....I only know that the Titans will have gigantic cargo holds sopposedly.

Well, until they finally get done with ironing out Shiva/Exodus we really need to be able to reprocess these things. I've got 5 odd at two different stations I will never use.
I appreciate they came up with these containers but... *sigh

they should implement npc transportation service
ie:
InterBus item transportation service.
Same Solarsystem Price: 90,000 isk
Same Constellation: 280,000 isk
Same Region: 560,000 isk
Different Region: 1,220,000 isk

My one complaint, in addition to those mentioned above...is that there's no setting to turn off the "auto lock" when you first put an item into them.
Last night (possibly due to lag) it was taking 20 minutes to unlock all the items (about 200) in my Station Container. Half way through it decided to crash, leaving half locked and half unlocked, and they were in no particular order.
Might I suggest a right click option of "Select all locked"? You could then either unlock them all, or alternatively, invert selection and lock all the others. But also please, an option to NOT lock items in secure containers at all.

To me it appeared that the station container did not show up for refining anyways.
RE: locking
One neat new feature is, that you can click on one item in an inventory (or container), and shift-click on an other one, and all items between these two items are selected as well.
Then you can rightclick, and unlock all selected items.
RE: moving station containers
I wouldd really luv to have one of these containers where I need them. It would be great if they were smaller when 'packaged'.

No. These Station Containers are 1,000,000 m^3 when packaged or assembled.
