Ushra'Khan is growing, both in capablity and vision.
We're now looking for a select few corporations to join us, to help augment our organic growth and broaden our strategic capabilities.

For our present, we're currently fighting against slavery in the form of CVA and the residents of Providence, in a territorial war. We're working with our allies such as Against All Authorities and ATLAS Alliance to bring about the end of CVA's dominance of the Providence region. But this fight is far from over. This fight will, in all likelihood, never be over - CVA, even if pushed from Providence, will remain a threat and is unlikely to die. For this reason, our lifeblood is combat in all it's forms.
Here is what we can offer:
* A very established alliance, the oldest in the game, we're pretty much failurecascade proof and will be here until the servers shut down.
* Stable and firm, but fair, leadership - we're run as a dictatorship but corp leaders help shape the decisions made.
* A secure 0.0 home in Catch, with additional holdings in Providence, and an expanding logisitcal backbone including key jump bridge routes to make your PvP and Industry life all the more pleasurable.
* Excellent diplomatic relations with key southern powers, ensuring a stable home environment but also an active war front for PvP on demand.
* Upgraded space for pilots to recover their ISK following combat
* Goals, fights, and a unique RP which binds the alliance together and differentiates us from being 'just another spaceholding alliance'
Here is what we're looking for:
* Active, firmly led corporations with competent leadership
* A desire to become capable of sustaining territorial warfare when it's called for, meaning a solid amount of capital ships and the ability to use them
* A willingness to align the corp to wider alliance goals, and work as a team with other corporations - we're not looking for corps who have an elitist attitude or won't integrate
* A good size, at least 70 pilots and ideally 100+
* A proven ability to fight and overcome adversity
* Good working knowledge of your corps combat capablity
* Active FC's
* Ambition - we want corporations who want to better themselves, who have goals, and the determination to reach them

To express an interest in applying, please do the following:
* Register on our forums - www.ushrakhan.com/alliance
* Have your corp leadership complete the template below - incomplete or informal applications will not be considered.
* PM this application to 'Sapphrine' on our forum. Then wait for a response, and further talks. We're not in a rush, so this process will definately take weeks rather than days.
Application Template:
1. Please summarise who your corp are, and your corporate history
2. Provide links to relevant killboards which demonstrate your PvP activity levels
3. Describe your strengths
4. Describe your weaknesses
5. Tell us about your goals, what kind of corp do you hope to become?
6. Give an example of a time when you have overcome adversity as a corp (a significant defeat, an alliance failurecascade, etc) and describe how you recovered from this.
7. Tell us about your pilot numbers and break it down for us - total numbers, active pilots, alts etc
8. Give a breakdown of your capital ship capablity, and realistic capital numbers you can field in operations
9. How many of your pilots can fly standard long range T2 fleet battleships?
10. Tell us about your activity levels in both EU and US timezone (how many pilots online, how many in gang... it's fine if you are heavily focused on only one timezone)
12. How many FC's do you have, and with what experience?
13. How is your corp leadership structured? Give us an example of when you have succesfully managed a pilot who caused problems.
14. Describe what you would do to ensure your corporation and pilots fully integrated into UK as an alliance, including how you would maximise attendance on alliance operations.
15. Tell us why you believe UK is a good fit for your corporation.
Please keep all answers brief yet informative, walls of text are discouraged.

if a corp takes the alliance it joins seriously (and these are the kind of corps we want), then taking the time to complete the application shouldn't be too much of a chore

Vile despicable and untrustworthy.
Their corp recruitment experience is to make you make public statements to break relationships you have formed and then betray you at last minute.
Do not enter into a relationship here expecting them to behave in good faith. Experience is they will always choose short sightedness over long term relationships. Basically expect to be screwed over as soon as it suits them. With that in mind, if it suits you to proceed, of course by all means, but always be mindful they will turn on you as soon as you are weak or have your back turned for a second. That said, most 0.0 alliances are the same ;) but don't believe the drivel of brotherhood.
