Win a Tech II Electron blaster cannon II BPO
This a weekly lottery to Arm the members of eve with low cost Tech II BPO's
This lottery is based on the bonus ball from the UK Saturday lottery ū No Random number generators- no wondering if its fixed watch the numbers come in live to check the result on

How to enter....
Send 425 mill to "5erenity Wolf" (please check spelling carefully)as it starts with a 5 with the reason "TECH01-XX", "TECH01" is the draw number, XX is the number you would like. 425 mill is a little higher than other lotteries but with only 49 ticked so are your chances.
The Draw will be the 1st sat after all the ticked have sold. It will be stated after the last ticket has been sold.
You can purchase as many tickets as you want in multiples of 425 mill per ticket with the correct Draw number and ticket number put in the reason.
Do this before you post, if your requested number has gone you may choose another or have a full refund provided you have followed the steps above.
*IMPORTANT: You must use this reason as above when sending isk for tickets. Anything else will be considered a donation!*
*IMPORTANT: You must post here also telling me the numbers you want!*
Post here stating the numbers you want. I will then update the posts below to reflect your ticket number.
I am using a third party who will hold the bpo and contract it to the winner
It will also be put on contract so that you can see it and its me/pe, it will of course have a stupid high contract price so that no one buys it

Nice to see someone doing a verifyable lottery for a change.
btw using last 2 or 3 numbers of the dream number draw would give you moare tickets.
3 I guess would require some kind of auto ticket allocation by computer though.
Anyways good luck with your lotto and free bump, maybe buying some tickets when I get home , cant decide for sure yet.

Yeah I guess I should lottery my taranis BPO for 100b isk.
EDIT:
Since I don't think you got my point, I was poitning out that the markup for this lottery and the value of the bpo are way too high.
Chribbs uses like 15-25% markup which for a lotto is acceptable. Your markup is well way beyond that.

Actually thats where you are mistaken. Assuming an MS is worth 15b isk chirbba always charges about 20b isk worth of tickets, meaning he makes a 25% markup.
In this case where the bpo is worth about 11b isk, he has markup of over 50%, so um yeah your odds are actually worse per isk.

Actually, an extra 5b on top of 15b is a 33% markup. Making this lottery a 91% markup.

yea these guys are legit and as far as i know its the only lottery you can watch the winning number be drawn on live national TV
