How fast is Ferox with dual ABs? o.o;
only had Thorax at hand to check but on the same ship:
with 10 mn mwd: ~1230 km/sec
with dual abs: ~4175 km/sec, ~1050 with the basic web on
so am guessing with mass/speed difference for Ferox that's something like 3.5 km/sec, ~900 m/sec fully webbed? o.O;
(too skint to spend the money on TQ and test it out for good, and chaos seem deserted atm >>;;

Aye, tested that few minutes before posting, took the speeds from the ship's info panel. 2 ABs < 3 MWD.
Just for the heck of it: the MWD + dual ABs on Thorax = over 25 km/sec if someone is really desperate for speed -.^

He must have had 2 webs when he got me since my ares slowed down to around 400m/sec. Great interceptor killer setup.
Not the right place for this but again ferox is too good and dual oversized AB has to go

My point was that the speeds you posted were in 'km/s' not in 'm/s' , its just a 10^3 type difference only.. :P

It was off topic from the moment the guy clicked "post" I think. The galactic public seems to be heartily sick of the wang-measuring stuff (looks up hopefully). That said I did enjoy the Deimos vs Ferroxi aside, that was actually helpful - for some reason I had a mental blank about twin oversized burners on a Battlescruiser (silly me).
