they are "command ships" that "Dust 55384534 Commanders" usin for plenatery things so specific ships not in game atm. similar to ships in BF 2142 "titans" but no boarding i guess

The ships in the end couldn't be EVE ships anyways, since EVE ships can't fly in atmospheres.

Sadly, it's true. Tritanium is volatile when exposed to atmospheric temperatures.
