Posted - 2010.03.15 21:46:00 - [1] In the mist of BA Strikes and Cheryl Cole being single again... a new question that as been raised by eve player Destiny2, and theory that would shake the very foundations of British belief, an accusation that Britons actually don't know anything about boats at all? our small island state failed to grasp the small concept nautical travel. surely if in all our years of colonization on of this fair land if we had achieved a level of sea fairing we could have achieved so much. Like explore new countries, colonize new lands (sorry Australia), Destroyed entire armadas. But alas according to Destiny2 that the British lack the subtle intelligence to realise that wood floats.. (rides off into the sunset whistling rule Britannia)

XD That is actually quite true, the portuguese sea expeditions were an example in all europe, and at the time britons and portuguese were friendly, they both disliked the spanish and french (understandable ). Portuguese sailors were people with giant balls, if u take into account that at the time the world ended somewhere in the ocean, giant creatures sinked ships, and ships were so crazy small that any crappy storm could kill them all, and many expeditions just vanished. Britons later become the best sailors of all times.
