"Wow! I just dont know what to say to that... I feel like an unhandled exception occurred on the server whilte I was putting together my next line. Im so confused. I dont know whats gotten into me, but for some reason I know this exception has been logged server-side, along with a stack trace, so the proper authorities will undoubtedly take care of this as soon as possible... By the Gate, what AM I saying???? I need a doctor, quick! Help!!!"
anyone else find this as a little odd? 
anyway, i get no description for that mission, so im not sure what my objectives are.. and i cant open it in my journal.

Your agent broke :)
File a mission in progress petition, and I believe the Devs will reset him for you (and they like to know about these things).

Iv had that message come up on me from my agent, way back when i was still in my first month of playing EVE. The description for the agent was broken like that, but i could still do the mission.

yer, in the process of doing it now, after asking him for details...
still annoying :P wasnt exactly sure what to do, only where my objectives were

HAHAHAHAHA
it's legit, it's a mision.
unfortunately the agents are stuck with all them boosters they can no longer move so some tend to dabble a bit.
If i recall it's a kill mission...... not super hard. there should be something through journal that shows you where to go.
I forget the details....

It is a kill mission, a very easy one. It just doesnt have a story description.
Accepting the mission will still show your objects in the your mission screen though
