Well it's pretty obvious that the TAGs required in the offers are waaaaay too many.
And since the BS rats in missions usualy don't drop a container=no tags (and they don't drop tags every time either when they drop a can), they have to go really down.
For example it should be fair that to get a caldari navy raven you should need -besides an insane amount of LP's- something like :
1x Estamel Tharchon tag (the 10 mil rat)
and several dread/normal guristas tags...
If 50 BS npc tags are needed for small/medium guns, how many would it need for the faction ship? 100k?

Yikes... that's like over 150 lvl4 missions for a great agent to get those LP's and you get a small laser.
So I guess in about a year and with a billion LP's you might get a chance for a faction ship woohoo!
p.s. On eve-i the pirate faction ships seem better than their empire counterparts which is nice imo although I dunno if those are finalised values ( but it's not like we'll see one soon judging from the offer above  )

@dbp : yes I know he's reached 100k RP's or else he wouldn't have gotten that offer
I bet that you'll need 1 billion LP's to get a faction BS if you need 100k to get a frig gun

@dbp : yes I know he's reached 100k RP's or else he wouldn't have gotten that offer
