This complex is causing me a world of hurt but hopefully someone here with experience of it can assist.
In short my first attempt at it was brought to a rapid end when my dual MAR Ishtar was ground to a pulp seconds after entering the first room. The damage simply overwhelmed the Ishtar's small buffer before the MARs could cope.
On the second attempt I swapped out one MAR for an 800 plate which gave me time to kill enough of the sentries and mitigate the incoming damage. However in the second room the final spawn of the barracks did for me. With a heap of spider drones pinning me down I was easy prey for the siege sentries 
If anyone has an idea of how a solo Caldari/Gallente pilot can solo this complex without spending ludicrous amounts of money I'd be grateful to know. A dual LAR domi springs to mind as a possibility?
Anyway aside from the requirement of a reasonable cost the only things I always like are a probe launcher and cloak.

Dual LAR domi should tank it i think. Just put 2 x em hard, 2 x therm hard, 2 x LAR and eanm/cpr. Just bring a good book cause it will take a lot to finish it.
Oh, and the building drops nothing, but u still may get an expedition |

yep a domi should do it just fine as long as you have good enough skills |

Juts try to tank with speed. After you warp into second room, move instatlly your ship from npc optimal dps. Use microwarpdrive, start reping armor in warp to second room.
I easaly did that plex many times using munnin and broadsword. |
