It would seem that the rest of ME are still allowed to lose whatever ships they want as often as they wish! That being said freedom is not free, and I for one applaud the ceo of LocustsDOT for making the hard choice to limit the demorilizing and inefficient practice of exploding which has been oh so popluar amongst members of ME as of late.
