You need to contact a gm and get it verified that the ship will not be moved out of hisec.

It's probably not a photoshop, but since NO supercap was ever built in highsec 0.5/0.7 space. Chances are it will be moved.
If you get a chance to buy it and undock it, you will be not able to redock... ever.
There have been a few highsec super caps over the last 2-3years for sale, and as far as I'm aware, they where all moved back.
But on the off chance the OP gets a drunk GM to send me a mail and state its allowed in highsec.
I will offer 20bil and use it so ticket holders for T'Ambers upcoming lottery to gank it in highsec...
But as I said, he is going to have to find a drunk GM to pull it off, otherwise sooner or later that NYX will be going back to lowsec/0.0.
