If you flew to it in a dread, then you went there looking to shoot it. If you arrived in some other ship and left in a pod, you were pretty much safe (and if your safe, you can't defend yourself) and came back for revenge, which is not allowed.

If it attacks you, it's not considered consent. It's considered common sense that an armed POS will fire on you if you're not blue to the corp. By the way, this is my signature. Sith Lordx is one of those people who thinks the RULES for the test server, don't apply to him. It is either because his ability to read is poor and he doesn't understand it, or he didn't bother to read the rules at all. Pretty much the same thing for any of the other morons who violate the test server rules and then call others noobs when they get called out here for it. They just lack any intellectual capacity to understand that rules apply to them. Personally, I would very much like to see permanent test server bans, be extended to Tranquility as 30/90 day playing bans to teach them a firm lesson to READ THE RULES AND FOLLOW THEM.
