First off, this thread is for open offers, I reserve the right to not sell this character upon any offers. I'm still not 100% sure if I want to sell this character or not.
As said I'm open for any sum offers for this character, and if I choose to go ahead with the transaction, it will be done by all the rules and regulations of character transaction.
At the moment of writing, this character is not in a ready state of sale, but can be put to such state in a time frame of about 2 weeks. Which is also pretty much the least time this thread is open for offers.
So about the character itself, it's a female amarr, rather dedicated science and industry character with a bit sidelining to minor corporation management.
Can pilot a hulk near perfectly (t2 strips t2 crystals),

thank you, that makes you the current highest bidder. If you want to up it to 5 billion, I will start preparing the character for transfer and get it to you in 2-3 days. I will not however consider it an outright buyout, you can be outbid while I'm preparing the character.
So I guess what I'm saying is, if you up the bid to 5 billion, this auction will end in 3 days and if you are still the highest bidder, you get the character. If you accept, I will start preparations immediately.
