I think those are actually kept server-side, although the folder structure is client-side.

They are stored server side but they are cached in your settings files in the folder:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE\e_eve_tranquility\settings
That knowledge will likely not do you much good though.

I do my market quickbar in this way.. is very convenient.
No problem.. can copy.

You can copy as many bookmarks at a time, as you want. Just use regular selection manipulations.

I don't want to violate the TOS, but can you safely and legally copy quickbar settings file? what is it? It is such a pain with multiple accounts. Especially since "delete the cache" seems to be the standard solution to most tech support questions.

TOS terms do not extend to the player private settings files - obviously.
You can do whatever you want to them. And if you enable brain, it's fairly simple to find the needed files.
