They are seeding the prostitutes in preparation for "station walking" expansion
then you could have a "Pimp" mini-profession
likewise, another isk sink for in-station activity

Well, what I want to know is this:
It looks like the function of planetary interaction is possibly going to be putting production of NPC goods (nanite repair paste, depleted uranium, miniature electronics etc etc) in the hands of players and cutting NPCs out of that market entirely.
If that assumption is correct, will I be able to viciously enslave the female population of, say, Laurvier VIII and make fat cash selling them off as prostitutes to PvP pilots who want to have something funny in cargo when they go pop?
If so: Best. Expansion. EVAR.

Some times a mummy and daddy grow tired of each other and may argue and need some hot action fast thought not from one another, a prostitute will help them through this patch for a fee.
i keep one in my cargo at all times, because you never know when you might be stuck on a gate camp and get bored and need some releif.

As i am stuck in a Capsule, i dont have much use for them myself, but i bribe the workers on my ship with them, it is amazing how much extra repping you can get out of your ship when the armor repping department is happy.
