Except GM's don't answer petitions on Sisi. These forums are the only method to get a GM or Dev's attention for people breaking the rules on Sisi if there isn't one logged in and paying attention to the chat channels.

On "THIS" website go to file a petition. Select rules and go to Bans. Place the km in the box, the subject, and a screenshot. And there you go. You don't file the petitions on the test server, you file them under eve support/my petitions on the left hand side of your screen. I didn't say to fill it out on sisi. You clearly are trying to compete with another known poster in this section in the "I spam nothing but nonsense" paralympics. Just your English is better. I reported your post btw, TQ gamemasters are overburdened enough, no need to lag them down with the SiSi petitions you are spamming people to make.
