So for the last week or two I've seen new local spam showing up.
Same style as ISK spammers, uncorped 1-day newbs. URL in local. No variation in the spam, no conversation, just zooming through space crapping out their copypasta.
Right-click, report ISK spammer, right?
Well, I'm not sure. Here's the text.

I haven't visited the site, because the pessimist in me would expect it to be as heavily loaded with keyloggers as the recent forum spam.
Even if the site is legit, is it allowed to use alts to spam like that? I can't say it fills me with confidence if it is a normal in-game business venture. Anyone know about these guys? |

It looks as legit and reminds me of eve poker.
Don't take my word for it. I just checked the website out.

They could be banking on the idea that nubbins will create accounts on their site with the same user/pass as their eve account.. Stupid, I know, but hey, darwinism at work.. right?

Dunno, But if you suspect there's something fishy involving account theft going on with the website, Does it really seem like a good idea to post the site on the forums?

Or the Op may just be marketing the site. Direct advert would be deleted, a 'oh this may not be legit' with replies saying 'oh it is legit and it's pretty good actually' posts may stay longer.

I agree that everything that is spammed on pubic chat rooms is very untrustworthy by default.
Like that guy who bought plexes with rl money from site that was spammed on jita local? Guess did he get his plexes?

From what I have seen this is legit. I have an account, albeit not with the same user name I use for eve and I have lost many many millions of isk there and won most of it back.
But as always, be careful.

Hi ! I'm the casino owner. A customer brang me into this thread.
Isk spammer ? Guys, just read ! It s a player made casino to play with isk only.
All Christies are my one day alt. I make a new one everyday for optimise the advertisement for the casino.
Ok if you are to scary to click on the website. I won't do it myself in an ufo url.
I suggest this link because the design roxs and that brings us a lot of customers. But what about the "check bio" ???
In bio you will find screenshots, and the eve-o thread with 5 pages of positives reviews.
Please don't report me as isk spammer because it's not. No need to be sherlock holmes, just read. Spam doesn't break the eula. Did you notice than I only advertise once in each local or channel ? Also it's an abuse to report for isk spam someone that is not. And in this case, it's just the player made casino great service I started 2 months ago.
I already sent more than 15b winnings into players wallet, reached 500+ customers and nobody is whining after us. Even losers because I gave them fun.

Shouldn't it be an exploit to continually delete and remake characters for the purpose of getting around peoples block list?
Also whats the point? Obviously if someone blocks your spammer they don't want to use your service. Why pull this jackass move?

next time it's interesting but you are afraid it s a scam
after 6 months you're sure it 's ok and you can also talk to the banker you didn t block yet.

He didn't say ISK spammer he said spammer. You delete a character and remake on a daily basis to avoid people's ignore list. It's a valid question to ask if that is game mechanic abuse. Why would you force people to suffer your spam if they have already decided they do not want to see it? It's not your right to make this decision for them.
It really is a bad advert for your site to do this.
