This has a salvager, an analyzer, and a codebreaker, goes almost 3km/s, and has an ECM burst to GTFO if necessary. Cap stable when running the MWD and one of analyzer/codebreaker/salvager. What more could you need?

If you can stand the extra week of training by all means get minnie frigate to 5 and fly the cheeta. Going interceptor speeds for 10 seconds under cloak at a bubble camp ftw or 800~1200ms cloaked setting someone up for the bomb even moar ftw. Otherwise they are about the same fittings wise. Another bonus to minnie frig 5 is the moast excellent Jaguar which is probably the best overall combat frigate in the game with its plethora of fitting options to meet and excel at a wide variety of roles.

I don't know. In my experience, the Cheetah seems a bit harder to get a proper fitting for.
