How much RAM should I get?

And like has been stated you will need to use the 64bit version if you want to use anything higher. But the good news is that 64bit drivers have for the most part caught up with win7 so its not an issue to install it unlike at launch when drivers were buggy for the most part. And the apex tech uses the newer nvidia gpu's to offload massive amounts of processing from the cpu and greatly enhance the amount of detail of movement you get. Ati does not support this and will rely on the cpu to do all the work. Not good news unless you have a top performaing cpu and even then I will bet you will still get reduced quality.
