WoW thread locked but still other game threads, I think an April fool get out of jail free card is going to be played soon, either way some mods have made fools of themselves, just my opinion of course.

lol I was just browsing through here and was thinking the same. We are not allowed to talk about other games in OOP? From what I understand this is where we do talk about things that are not related to EVE as per the description: Have a funny video to share? Need a name for your new cat? This is the place to discuss topics not related to EVE. Guess I better not link that lol discussion on the wow forums atm where someone suggested Blizzard sell Plex for gold like EVE does with isk hehe.

have to agree this forum has been pretty well behaved on the most part even with discussion of other games compared to others i have visited and ofc if they get out of hand they are locked
BUT
to just suddenly ban all discussion of other games in a forum dedicated to all things non eve seems a rather strange and unfounded move on CCP's part and screams of heavy handed policing where it's neither wanted or needed

I don't get it, the Mass Effect 2 thread has 427 posts and is still open (although not on the front page right now), yet other threads get closed, whatever CCP is smoking I don't want it cos that **** will mess with your mind.

I'd emorage about it but ccp hasn't actually locked any game threads that didn't deserve to be locked since 'the happening'.
