WiS was getting hyped hard then even though there's really no legitimate reason to do it when we're playing internet spaceships. The apathy of the community might be the reason CCP isn't pushing it down our throats. Dust, I'm guessing, won't be out in time to exist on the consoles we have today so I hope CCP's going to get it out soon(tm) or they have some sorta plan to ensure it'll work on the PS4/SexBOX720/Wii(ner)2. Incarna...tl;dr...probably just suck up RL ISK that could go into improvements in EVE that'll now not happen.

I would guess that the majority (probably including myself) just don't really care one way or the other enough to post. I can understand CCP's perspective, as other games used to be very occasionally discussed, but before the whole rule 17 tantrum it was starting to get more common. I can also understand the perspective of the tantrum throwing forum members, but not the extent to which they are getting their knickers in a twist over it. Get over yourselves - it's really not a big deal. Just open an in-game channel for discussing other games And rage quitting over this crap........

The serial rage quitters used to be my favourites, but they seem to be a bit thin on the ground these days. I guess most of you know though that this isn't the first forum rebellion by any means. Judging by this thread though, I would guess that some of you aren't fully aware of the 'unofficial' EVE forums over at Scrapheap Challenge. It started out as a Minmatar forum, but became the 'unofficial' alternative forum after another big tantrum and subsequent bannings of forum regulars here. It serves/served as the semi unofficial/unofficial space for exactly this kind of crap. 'Calmdown' (very appropriate here) the player who ran it, left recently for a full time job at CCP, but the forum is still there and going strong. It is not affiliated with CCP, and as such fits your needs here, so nip over there for this kind of crap. ( and to the mods - this is the solution that has worked in the past, so why not just let this post be for a little while, and maybe, just maybe, save yourself a bit of a forum headache. ...... Na.. f**k it, ban us all)

Ditto, if nothing of interest comes with Tyrannis then due to other reasons (as well as this 'heavy-handed' moderating, which has somewhat increased my GRRRR levels to a non-resubbing point) then I won't be paying for any more months. Like Paknac stated, it is not 'rage-quitting' but instead a build-up of factors that have led to serious consideration of not renewing subscription after this month runs out.
