Anyone know of a mission hub near Jita where I can do level threes and fours for caldari rep?

I used to mission in isikesu or something named like that it is I believe 3 jumps from jita and got a decent lvl 3 agent and I believe also lvl 4 but can't confirm taht since I left to 0.0 before starting on lvl 4's

poinen is a good mission hub internal security moon 12 has a lot of agents in it from 1 to lvl 4 .u should try it.

Umokka is a fine hub, and we only work there periodically so it won't be nearly as bad for you as Motsu. Hell, Motsu is so bad, even SN avoids it. =)

Hento is around 11 jumps out from Jita iirc. However it is a good place to run missions, though it is right next to a low sec system (Otsela) which you do get missions to on the occasion, which you can of course decline.
Also, Ishukone is great because it has some really good R&D agents that you can use to acquire datacores as completely passive income.

Might I suggest Kaunokka... It's about 7 jumps from Jita.
OK, you will work for the Caldari Navy. In Kaunokka, there is a Caldari Navy plant that has a level 3 Q 0 and a level 3 q 15 agent. Both are very useful, and the higher quality is security so you get good fighting missions. Your Storyline missions are in Yria, one jump away for Expert Distribution.
Venillin, one jump over has a 2 q 15+ agent and a 4 q 7 or so agent. Again, both give very good combat missions. I have yet to be sent into low sec. The storyline Agent is one system away and pretty good too.
Additionally, there are ample other corp agents, such as Deep Core Mining, a medical facility in Yria, and the area is crowded, but not bad. In all my mission running, I've had one group of ninja salvagers. I believe someone laid a trap for them and well... I haven't seen them since.
Also, there is a school 2 jumps away for skill books, and the market isn't too bad if you need it. The only drawback is that you are not in the same region as Jita so you can't see the prices.

Personally the area I enjoy the most Futnaia ( or something) and Isikemi. I went from 1-3 in those two systems and theyare right next to each other. Futn is 2 jumps from Jita and Isikemi is 3. Both are in the Lonetrek region. For specific agent info you should visit this site.
Edit: Forgot to mention it has level 4's as well all missions I have done are for caldari as well

I work a log out of Akonoinen I - Wiyrkomi Peace Corps station has a level 4 and Akonoinen VI - Wiyrkomi Peace Corps station has 2 level 3s (plus locators). Office rent is cheap in Akonoinen too. Isikemi and Funtanainen are good for missions too. All of these are within 4 jumps of Jita for the most part.
Oh, and some of the info on eve agents is not correct btw, so make sure you check out the corp you're going to visit in game before flying all the way out there, they list a lot of agents that don't exist anymore where they claim they do.

Sankkasen and Tintoh both have level 4 q18 agents. and level 3/2/1 for grinding in the neighborhood.

Irjunen is another good hub about 6 jumps from Jita.
L4 Q18 for Corporate police force as well as a
L4 agent for one of the Caldari research firms.
It also offers maxed LP rewards and has no low sec mission offers.
