Greetings all..
I've updated the reservation list, thanks again for the recent comments.
I will be getting in touch with someone regarding a performance audit and will hopefully have that posted sometime soon. As far as the bond filling slowly, I imagine that has mostly to do with the holiday weekend and individuals spending time with their family. Either way it goes, the bond is nearly full so it is not much of a concern.
Thanks again.

4 billion left to be reserved.
I should have an audit coming up shortly, and everything will be all set.

Greetings,
It doesn't look like this is going to fill the rest of the way.
I'm still looking to get a fresh audit done, but there seems to be a slight conflict of schedules on that. Once that's taken care of, I'll end up just launching the bond with however much ISK has been reserved (which is currently 6 billion) and still offer the same rate.
Hopefully between now and the finalized details from an audit, the remaining 4b can be filled, but it works out just fine either way.

Eleven days since you opened this thread - and still no performance audit, no fresh audit. Which auditor has agreed to audit you - once his schedule conflicts are resolved?

Apologies, but this bond is taking longer to fill than expected. My reservation still stands, but now only pending an audit.

The biggest danger that I see with this offering is simply the huge gulf in size between this one and your last one. Jumping from a 2B investment to a 10B investment is a massive step, and I don't see how you can be considered proven with funds of that order of magnitude.
Your first offering was covered by collateral, and was perfectly fine, but it was never likely to go any other way. Your second was successful, and earned you the trust of a couple of notables within MD, particularly RogueHalo, and this I actually see as a problem. Because he's jumped in straight in with a 2B offer, it adds a certain level of legitimacy to your proposal while papering over the cracks, namely the amount of money involved. It's easy to see this as a kind of green light, without looking at the finer details.
In your first offering back in January, you stated that you had returned to the game and had "been back in Eve for some time", although you weren't specific for how long. Let's assume for the sake of argument that you'd been back for three months, which means effectively you've been trading for around 7 months now. According to Taram's Law(TM), a 7 month old character would only be given a maximum loan of 2.1B ISK, yet people are blindly throwing sums of cash totalling much more than that at this one. I appreciate your character is a lot older than 7 months, but the principal still stands...10B ISK is way more than a new character trading for 7 months would get.
I've no doubt that your audit will come up clean, clearing the way for people to invest in this, but in my eyes, the temptation for you to take the money and run is way too great to make this even remotely safe.

You're mis-quoting what I said. My guideline is based on the amount of time spent developing the character. It has absolutely nothing to do with how long the player has been trading but more with how attached they likely are to the character and how much they have invested into the character. It's also not a 'law' it's a guideline to help you make decisions.

Ok, calling it Taram's Law was slightly tongue in cheek...
However, the point still stands. While the toon is 4 years old, the OP by his own admission has only been "playing sporadically" in that time, and that's borne out by the fact that his nav was only 1.9B at the start of his *second* offering. That suggests to me that he has invested very little in the way of both time and effort in his character over the course of most of those 4 years, given that he's not involved in either PvP or missioning, and therefore hasn't been spunking it away on replacement ships. The only time really invested is the last few months, which is why I compared him to an equivalent new character.

Without looking at an Audit to see whether this is his main or an alt and without talking him to determine why he was playing only sporadically you're only looking at part of the equation. You may be right. But you're playing with partial information, which is never a good idea. Get more information before making blanket statements.

Nice attempt, Drachlen. I could tell from your initial threads that this was just developing a basis for a nice big loan to run away with. Hopefully some of your trusted associates sent you isk already, so it wasn't a complete failure.

Hey everyone,
I've mailed breaker and have been trying to catch him online, but it's just not working out. At this point it looks like I'll have to find someone else to work with on this audit. I don't know if anyone knows why he's been so inactive lately?
As far as people jumping to conclusions about a scam... Where does it come from? Things can't always work in my favor, just a slight delay on things. I don't post a lot (though I do read threads occasionally), I've played a few less hours this past week, and I haven't been able to get in touch with breaker... I follow every request asked of any investor or member of the forums and certainly will continue to do so. Sometimes things aren't within your control.
If you don't believe I can't get in touch with Breaker, try sending him an evemail yourself.. He's just not been on. At this point I have to get in touch with someone else to handle it.
Finally... No, I don't have anyone's money, there's no scam here, and if anyone wants to cancel a reservation because of this, please do post and I'll be sure to update to reflect it. It's unfortunate, but I can certainly understand for reasons such as wanting to allocate your money elsewhere.

It's called real life. I've worked 27 out of the last 36 hours with about 80+ hours in the past 6 days total. Next week isn't looking any better

No worries.. I understand completely. Even with time off from work I still find myself pretty busy, too, somehow. Hopefully things get a bit less hectic for you.
As far as the audit is concerned, I've sent out a few new mails to other individuals to see if I can find someone who's not already tied up. Ji Sama is also busy, but had a few good suggestions for alternatives. We'll see.

I do wish people would actually ask for a confirmation before posting a statement like this. My RL responsibilities have vastly increased due to the volcano 'problems' stranding allot of colleagues at work. Probably would have been best to speak to me IG before posted this statement - contact me in game however and I'll communicate my availability and some alternative auditors if my availability isn't feasible.

My apologies. I did intentionally write it to sound a bit unsure because nothing has been verified, but I did want to provide an update in the thread that we had at least made contact. Hence the whole "it sounds like" not "Lord Arbalest will be doing the audit."
I don't think it reflects on you in any way whether or not you do have time for it, based on my statement. Again, my mistake, I'm sorry. I thought my statement was obviously noncommittal, but apparently I'll have to be more careful in the future.
Seems that most auditors are very preoccupied lately, though.

Hey everyone,
I've updated the reservation list, it looks like there's 2.5b left to be reserved.
An audit definitely will be happening before this bond starts, so I simply consolidated the reservation lists into one.
If you do want to place a reservation for the remaining amount, please do soon. After the audit is performed, I'll allow a short period of time before going ahead with the bond at the current amount of reservations.
Shortly after I make this post I will be transferring my API information to Lord Arbalest.
If I missed anyone in the reservation list, please let me know. I was editing the post and it looks like the character limit chopped some things off and it really goofed things up. I think I've fixed it, though.
