Posted - 2010.04.03 08:01:00 - [1] Dear Shareholders, a profit distribution of 13.5b ISK was authorised today, paid out as 12.153b in dividends (1,279.26 per share) and the remainder as a ten percent management fee. Following on from the Share Swap Announcement at the beginning of February, 4,277,133 shares have been exchanged with 5,222,867 remaining undistributed. 6,681,421,331.69 ISK was received from these shares and is listed on the Balance Sheet under Current Assets and Long-Term Liabilities (I will probably switch that to Short-Term next month). Our Original Blueprints were also revalued, using the current three year profit from an ME0/PE0 BPO as the benchmark. Please use these figures as a guideline only for calculating the asset-backed value of the shares. - Large Shield Booster II10,500,000,000.00 - Taranis43,000,000,000.00 - Claymore 16,800,000,000.00 - 100mn AfterBurner II5,100,000,000.00 - Heavy Electron Blaster II9,600,000,000.00 - Ishkur 30,600,000,000.00 - Oneiros 63,000,000,000.00 - Viator 69,900,000,000.00 - Medium Pulse Laser II 7,500,000,000.00 We'll be looking into making an additional high-end Blueprint acquisition over the next few months, shareholders are asked to keep vigilant of any opportunities that may arise and alert management to them. Thanks Goodwill arises when a corporation is purchased for a price in excess of fair market value of the assets purchased. If AATP has not bought another corporation in the last year, goodwill should not have gone up. Ray is not an accountant. That much is obvious from the over-valued/inaccurate financial statements he prepares for AATP and EBank.

Am I missing an insider joke or somthing or is there ill will between you two. Ray, Im not an accountant myself, I did take a few accounting courses in college, admiting that you know your numbers are off dosent inspire confidence? Were you serious when you made that statment or simply blowing the other guy off? Id like to better understand the value of an investment in your corporation if you wouldnt mind contacting me in game. Shar Tegral if you could give me an honest assesment of this investment it would be appreciated.
