I've just completed Angel Sound thanks to this service and immediately dropped the hundred mil to pick up Smash + Grab. Fantastic professional service, bookmarks were immaculate and covered every system you could possibly venture into.
Subs is a delight to work with, very friendly, answered every question I had about the arc, very approachable. I completed in a rocket Malediction which was great fun and basically uncatchable.
There is a short delay in receiving the PDF manual (<12 hours in my case), but the bookmark package includes a mini-manual that includes all of the text from the guide so you can begin immediately if you don't mind reading it all in-game.
All in all, 10/10, excellent service! |

The most recent person to run the Guristas arc, Smash and Grab, experienced some difficulties with the bookmark collection. I resupplied him, with another set, at the Venal nullsec system but that did not resolve the problem.
It may be that that collection has somehow become corrupted with the recent patches, so I am planning to head out soon and check that bundle system-by-system. If anyone else has experienced problems (in his case missing tracts of bookmarks) please let me know ... ingame eve-mail usually being the best method.
I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder.

Thanks for re-opening the thread so I could close the service properly.
I have now stopped providing this service / product to market ... and have returned the deposits paid while this thread was locked. These packages have taught me a lot about eve and provided a gentle trickle of isk over the last few years. Thank you everyone. Fly safe ... or dangerous as suits you.
