Notify You cannot store your ship as you are currently a criminal on the run from Concord or are trying to escape player retribution.

Edited by: sue denim on 06/04/2010 19:40:20 why is that rubbish? so many losers only aggress in low-sec because their carrier is sitting right next to them and if they get in trouble they just stick their ship in to get around the aggression timer.
If people did it in empire (dunno bout that) then that's even worse, damn good change imo.

Most definitely.
CCP should have stuck to their guns and swung the ban-hammer wildly above their heads.
Avoiding Concord sanction is a grievous offence worthy of the hammer, not the diaper solution of fixing the fracking bug that allows it .. CCP can be such noobs some times.

Here, let me bold the interesting part for you.

Avoiding CONCORD would be stupid. What is nerfed is ship swapping once you're aggressed to someone.
And I agree to the above option. Aggro the Orca |

Sure, if they also remove the overpowered option of not needing cans to transfer ore between miner and orca.

Not a horrible stealth nerf IMO.
I believe if only pilot aggro is in effect that bording should be allowed and aggro should be transfered to the Orca pilot. Only CONCORD or Navy/Coustoms involvement should prevent docking.

PROTIP: This nerf doesn't interests Orca flippers in any way
Up to you to find out why, most people using an orca already know that :3

So they can't store a ship to a maint bay if they are aggressed. What if the orca/carrier pilot ejects the ship from the maint bay, the pilot boards the new ship, then the orca/carrier pilot scoops the original ship? Does this change effect that at all?
Also, is this for the full 15 minutes of GCC or just the 1 min aggression timer that affects docking and jumping?

Edited by: Jill Xelitras on 07/04/2010 01:31:53 I'm totally confused
1) Am I correct that you can't swap ships while an aggression counter is active ?
2) Does the aggression countdown work while I'm docked, or do I have to stay undocked for 15 minutes ?
awaiting helpful replies.
Jill.

Yah I believe this was being done in Empire to circumvent agro from Navy spawns (Factional Warfare related).

Would have been great if they caused the orca letting someone with an aggression timer dock their ship get the flag extended to it as well.

Bolded the important part. How does one not let a corp mate use the ship array? Based on my limited testing, it seems that any corp mate can access the ship array of an orca to store a ship, board any ship they can fly, eject to space any ship, or refit their ship, without the pilot's permission, or even knowledge. |
