I propose the Minmatar frigate be called: Tiger.
It fits well with their T2 frigs so far (Wolf, Jaguar, Hyena, Cheetah). Also, its pretty badass.
Feel free to post ideas for the other factions T3 frigates. With any luck a game designer will see something they like.

i propose that we make 2 minmatar T3 frigates and just not make an amarr one also 3 caldari t3 frigates and actually remove an amarr frigate

Did a little research and came up with some decent names for the other races T3 frigates:
Caldari: Owl
Gallente: Ceto
Amarr: Wrath

If they made a Caldari ship (any ship) named the Owl, do you have any idea how many ships called "O RLY" will be flying around out there?

They're supposed to be significantly cheaper than T3 cruisers so I would imagine they'll be pretty common; just look at the current faction/pirate frig trend. People are willing to pay quite a lot for a frig provided it performs a role well.

Note: Tech 3 ships are modular. Therefore you only need one type of hull and the subsystems count for countless amounts of possible options.

How about Sparrow instead of Finch? Songbirds is a good idea.
Diviner doesn't sound very threatening. Sounds like a probing ship.
Lynx is nice.
Orcus is Italian/Roman mythology, not greek. According to the oracle Horcus is the equivalent greek deity.

If t3 frigs are going to be modular like the cruisers then I think Jackal is the best name for the minmatar hull. Tigers are pretty much pounce and rip to shreds anything it catches and would befit something bigger like a t3 battleship(hint hint ccp). On the other hand the Jackal is smaller and so has to use intelligence and cunning to get its prey much like a current frigate has to do.

Coyote is good. There is already a ship named Fox; albeit the Japanese word (Kitsune). Cougars and Panthers are essentially the same thing.
I like all of your suggestions for Gallente.

I would have suggested Cougar for the Minmatar one as well. Tiger is way too big an animal for a Frigate class ship. Cougar is small, yet sexeh!
