Hi all
Im looking for a caldari pve starter char with cruiser 5 a must
would like to see learning skills 4s and 5s
with a chunk of engineering and missile skills started.
show me what you have to offer

This may be more than what your looking for, but fits your criteria perfectly.
originally just a cyno alt on another account - never did much but switch skills - had planned at one time to use as a parking valet for supercaps - but those plans got sidelined.
make me a reasonable offer. Post reply here since I am rarely on this toon. Considered selling, but just haven't posted the advert up yet. Standard rules apply - I'll pay the transfer fee, positive wallet, no kill rights, etc.
