Caprioara - There are many factors I take into account, but I will give you a quick rundown on basically how it is calculated.
1st - 99.7% of your characters worth is based on skills.
2nd - Then it's based off what your character can do PVP/PVE
3rd - Is broken down by race
I fyou would like me to go into detail on your character on why it is valued at 22.9b I can. If you would like me to send you an
Evemail with indepth details, I gladly can. If you got offered 27b, honestly I'd take it.

I don't low ball anyone's characters and I don't use any alt to contact anyone afterwords to try and buy them for less. I only give
estimated prices due to many factors. Characters that people buy or sell without appraisals are solely on the people buying and
selling them at what they think they are worth. If you think the appraisal is wrong, get another appraisal from someone else and see
how much of a difference it really is. I'm simply offering appraisals to anyone who would like a pretty accurate appraisal based on
many factors which I would kindly Evemail anyone who is interested on how appraisals work. |

General Rivera - I valued your account as well as the other person's account at what they are valued at in there current states. If
the other accounts owner trains up a few skills, yes his account would increase in value. As far as appraisals go, skills you choose
to train or not to train, affect the values of each account in many different ways. As far as your account goes - Your Gunnery,
Leadership, and Missile skills are extremely weak. Train those up to at least lvl 4's and your more of your Electronics and your
account would increase dramaticly. Remember, just because an account has higher Sp, doesn't mean it is worth more. Again, skills
you choose to train or not train affect your accounts overall value. I do my best to appraise accounts in there current state, not if
they had this skill or that skill. If you want advice on what to train to increase value of your account, feel free to Evemail me. If your
not happy with the appraisal, don't blame me, I didn't train your account, you did. You chose the skills to train and not to train. I'm
just here to give you an estimate on what your account is worth and maybe some insight on why and what to do to increase the
value. If you can get 15-16b that's great and good for you. You deserve every penny you can get. Train up those skills and you
should easily get that. |
