is there any change to get npc's bounty prices? i have atm npc-s id-s but static databumps seems to be only providing npc names and descriptions and other this kind of quite a useless stuff for my? or i'm missing something, all help more than welcome ;)

You will need to refer to older datadumps for NPC stats. I forget which one still has it (Quantum Rise or older).

One of your biggest problem will be they have re-name several NPCs and they seem to have swapped a few. They may have also change some of the stats for balance since then and you'll be missing all the new WH rats as well if that matters to you. We're getting to the point they either need to add something to the static dump with the new info containing just IDs and bounties or someone is going to have to start collecting it from in-game while ratting or mission running

Is there a reason this info isn't in the newer data dumps? Did CCP remove it for some reason like not wanting to give out information on NPC's, or was it removed for some reason like saving space (it made the datadump huge!)?

I think they removed it mainly to keep sleeper ship stats hidden and to make it easier on them they removed all of the ship stats rather than having to filter individual ships. I actually liked that, that way it took a little effort to get the ship stats and gave those that did it a competitive edge in w-space (to this day I recon).
The current names on NPC ships can be found from the current dump, the typeIDs shouldn't have changed.
