To my knowledge, we didn't allow NGO to enter just because we were desperate to have a war with you. They asked for membership to the CVA on the PIE forums and they were allowed in.

Well it happened
The reasons behind this week long war are perhaps deeper rooted than you've been led to beleive it appears.

No, I'm quite sure that there isn't some "Grand Conspiracy" just so that we could you have declare war on us.

This war declaration was as much a shock to us as it was to you.
Only NGO can give you the answers now. Their brattish comms chat had a lot to do with it the emotional baggage that came with it.
I suggest we re-evaluate all of this. Not only open comms chat, but the way in which further so called "pres releases" "postscripts" and questioning of other peoples motive's and fighting prowess do not cause any more offense than they already have.
For all the IC claims, we al have to admit, amny of us do have OOC motives and egos.
There is RP and then there is responsible RP

Heh just so you all know NGO joined the CVA well before Exodus began.
It is just that there was a period withen Exodus' release before the CVA was formed officially in game and after you formed Ushra'Khan that allowed you to declare on NGO without thinking you were attacking the CVA.
And... more OOC: 
Please if you wish a discussion of OOC vs IC pick a forum for it and Ill gladly contribute my views... But it has to be a forum that OOC conversation is accepted on with an understanding that it is entirely OOC and you need to keep IC out of it. I suggest PIEs boards... but any will do.
Edit: And this is my last post on this thread I think.

After enduring this thread and the broader squabbling, which admittedly I have helped foment, I find myself longing for Russo's "I'm great, you suck" screeds. Now I know this has driven me crazy.
I need a spiced wine and a table dance at Amarula's club. First round's on me if anyone wants to join.
