Advice...
You have hardly any finished lvl 5 skills. No Carrier (capital) skills... You have a bit of everything which make the char not very good at anything.
EVE-characters arnt suppost to be wellrounded...
And 15 bil for this? You wont get even 1 bid for sure... The char is only 50 mil SP that cant fly anything really good... i.e you have 5.3 mil SP in Gunnery and Missiles but only 3 skills at lvl 5....
Give this char 1 year to fix and concentrate its skills and I will gladly pay 15 bil ISK.... But I would never buy a char @ 15 bil that needs many month of skilltraining to be of any use....
I dont meen to flame you or anything but come on... This is as close to a scam there is....
The char is worth about 10-11 bil ISK... set 11 bil as starting bid and someone will buy it...

The great thing about this character is that at the point he is at right now anyone could specialize within a couple of months to fly a particular ship and use a particular weapon system. |
