So I have been doin lvl4s out of ichy (Q18 agent) for Caldari Navy for nearly 3 months now and never got this misson yet, is it for a diff faction or I need to visit misson hub to get it..?

Heh, the agent i used to use, he doesn't offer it i don't think, never got it either.

I feel so sorry for you, if you would like to do that mission, knowing how good ISK it is to farm 13 of them each day

I ran missions for Ministry of War in Zorrabed and got that mission a lot. I moved to Ichy and have never seen it again in months.

Agents have a set list of missions they give out. It gets adjusted frequently though. No big deal.

I never ever got worlds collide or enemies abound before I got to level 4s.. I was told by others that they were almost impossible for them to do.
And I did alot of lvl 1-3 missions.. got to 8+ standing with caldari state without doing level 4s.. And I never got any of those 2 missions.
Now as lvl 4 missions they are some of my favorite to get offered.. Worlds Collide especially.. woot faction loot and a crap load of bounties and the best salvage combo if you get blood/angels.. Its tough though and takes time, but the payoff is excellent
