Ok here is the deal. I Got shot down when i entered 1.0 space obviously belonging to the damn minimatars.
So my question is will i always be shot by them when entering 1.0 space ?
That is not since my scorpion is in Yulai and i'll be damned if i will undock and get brutally raped by concord.
My sec status is -2.29 and concord doesnt like very much. 
And Sebestior Tribe has a -1.67 against me.
So my question is am i banned forever from 1.0 space ?

Maybe Concord saw that picture of Travolta in your sig. I know I would shoot you down over that.

you can not go into 1.0 with a -2 or lower security status, you need to go shoot rats until your security status is higher than -2 before you can reenter 1.0 space.

I undocked in Ammold and got nuked.
So i guess i will have to start hunting..
But where can i read about this, this wasn't like this in Castor right ?I thought i was only a outlaw when i reach -4.0

under -2 can't go to 1.0
under -5 can't go to .5
there is a sliding scale between these two extremes that governs your ability to access .9-.6

us insta jumps and you will be ok, docking is a bit of a problem. but faction police dont shoot pods.
Concord wont kill you for having a bad ss, its only the faction police who are pretty easy to kill. The bs have a lower sig radius so missiles/smart bombs are best.
DED navy have best defense and best firepower
Gallente have bad defense but good firepower
Amarr have med defence and crappy firepower
Caldari have terrible firepower but great defense
Minmatar ones suck
Caldari and minmatar tend to be bad as they dont use missiles on ships that usually rely heavily on them.
the following are the worst ss you can have within high sec seystems
SYS SS
1.0 -1.9999
0.9 -2.4999
0.8 -2.9999
0.7 -3.4999
0.6 -3.9999
0.5 -4.4999

So are you saying i could kill them faction police and still get away, won't they insta respawn and have a feast on my ass again ? Or will Concord interfere and help them take down my uber caracal ? |
