Marmite killed 1.2 billion isk
Dark/Pirat killed 4.9 billion isk AND that's only final blow reports.

WOW. This marmite Collective must be something else to be the cause of such attacks against them. Their killboard is extremely impressive and they have a long history in Eve. These last few pages look like rage and butthurt city from the opposition. These mad people make eve a more vibrant place.

I tend to avoid insulting another players ignorance but I can't bite my tongue on this one.

First of all, just because you have a good efficiency does not mean you are actually PVPing. I could kill orcas all day without dying then come on the forums bragging about my "efficiency". Maybe efficiently killing something that doesn't shoot back? Does that mean you are in the same boat as the miners? They efficiently attack the rocks while never missing. Their efficiency on evekill is 100% which is a lot higher than yours.

Secondly, your amount of kills doesn't mean jack **** if they are primarily composed of "stat boosters".

stat boosters= noob ships, mining ships, freighters, jump freighters, PVE ships

Once you take away all of the ships on your killboard that fall under "stat boosters" we can begin to discuss pvp. You see you walked into this argument with arrogance. Logically that will be your downfall.

After taking away all of the isk you destroyed that fall under "stat boosters" Marmite isn't really looking like a PVP alliance as this title suggests. When it comes down to fights I haven't seen very many that Marmite has actually won that are worth mentioning. The only evidence that suggests marmite is a pvp alliance is your 54 billion isk in losses. Yes those ships were pvp fit.

With all of this said I can now clearly restructure your quote to better fit your alliances position.

I see what you mean and it does put my stand in perspective. Your play style evolved and IGÇÖm sure in time mine will to.

Allow me to try and add some more information and maybe we meet in the middle.

You see, IGÇÖve played this fantastic game for a while, this isnGÇÖt my first character.
80% of the time, I did the industrial and PVE side and enjoyed the community while doing so,
itGÇÖs but recent months IGÇÖve explored the world of PVP, starting in null sec for a short while
(costing me a hilarious Orca loss with every single item in it I owned at that point in time ),
going back to hisec due to machinations above my head.

Then I tried lowsec and did so with some degree of success.
Made a lot of new friends and succeeded in forming up against some of the bigger pirate alliances there,
IGÇÖll tell you it was a blast. I know itGÇÖs a game, know it all too well,
but the adrenaline rush from fighting real players with GÇÿrealGÇÖ stakesGǪ
Never experienced such a thing in the 25 Years IGÇÖve been playing computer games.

Than we got back stabbed by a bunch of self proclaimed anti-pirates which resulted in us going back to hisec.
I loved every bit of it. The fighting, the diplomacy, winning and losing, the cloak and dagger stuff, everything.

HavenGÇÖt regretted a second in marmites, IGÇÖm playing with the big boys now.
TheyGÇÖll scold me for saying so but these guys are all cool in their own way (heck I even kind of like Vegas for his storytelling capabilities and leadership skills he obviously has).
Against my expectations, they arenGÇÖt all about stats and being elite PVPGÇÖers, I see that as a plus.
ItGÇÖs this camaraderie and relaxed fun I look for in any multiplayer game, hence I donGÇÖt feel as if we got stomped or anything,
in the end we might have lost a battle but we did it together and laugh about it afterwards (wellGǪ maybe a short while later anyways )
after all, FUN is to be had. I donGÇÖt care for GÇÿreal PVPGÇÖ and neither should you unless you feel this is the only way for you to have your fun.
