Hello, my name is masternerdguy. I am here to announce to you something you will love. Recently it has come to my attention that we do not have nearly enough active pilots. Therefore, I am starting the MNG foundation.
Mission
The MNG foundation's sole purpose is to get more active pvpers into the caldari militia. It is meant to help people who would not otherwise pvp or who would not otherwise join the militia comfortably assimilate into the mesh.
How?
The program will work in two main stages.
- New Character Payment: All characters with an age of less than 30d will have their ship losses paid for by MNG/Caldari Naval Reserve (mainly MNG). This will encourage new players to pvp without discouraging them financially.
- Neutral Reach out Programs: MNG Foundation will actively seek new alliances for the caldari militia in neutral and even pirate corporations. Alliance can include financial support, shared fleets, cap support when needed, or even something as simple as giving pirates the location of that gallente cruiser gang whose decided to belt camp
- Ship Reimbursement: I eventually plan a community/member funded reimbursement system to help pay for t2 losses and other sticky issues.
Membership
The MNG foundation also offers neutrals a membership opporotunity. You can donate a flat 10m (or a donation of your choice) a month to help replace ship losses for people who are more than 30 days old. Don't believe your isk is safe? I'll give you my full use API key so you can watch where it's going!
Deployment
The MNG foundation will officially come online on April 25, 2010. We will have a website for processing and coordinating the institution.
