Dude, you have no shirt. Taking advice from a trader who lost their shirt is not normally a good idea. Besides, if something sells too low, it will get bought and resold at a higher price. So, folks, as the man says, stay out of Jita or any trade hub for that matter if you think this "average" means anything. YOU'VE NEVER ROCKED 'TIL YOU'VE UNDOCKED.

Not This. The OP said "PROPER" sell price. Unfortunately too many idiots in this market fail to understand the value of most items. What you really need to do is buy all those selling too low then resell them at a proper price. As long as the fees and taxes still make this reasonable. Either that or wait until all the lower priced items sell. Better yet. Just go to a better trade hub. Jita is a ***** full of idiots.

The fact that so many people do take regional into account is good enough reason to use it to your advantage. I give it lots of consideration in my trading, and 500M+ profit per day can't be wrong.
