Hey guys and gals(crossdressers :P ),
Anyone got a good setup for the Fleet Issue Phoon? For mission-grinding that is. I searched the forums and couldn't find any good threads on the subject. That might be because I am incompetent using eve-search, but that's another matter.
Anyway - suggestions on a good setup would be appreciated. Im thinking it'd be kinda fun to fly around in thanks to its speed/agility.

Indeed it is a very effective PvE boat. I use mine for soloing level 4's. Though I've been living in sleeper space since I got my T3 so I haven't flown her in a while.

Statistics With one repper running it has a cap stable tank of 350 DPS, with a burst tank (add the second repper) of 710 DPS.
Damage with sentry drones is 594 DPS (assuming what you're shooting at is in range of the 650s). I mostly shoot Angel Cartel ships and they tend to orbit close, which is what the webber are 650's are for.
This fit can chew through Mordus Headhunters with minimal problems as long as you can manage aggro. For WC and AE, I don't normally even bother managing the aggro. --Vel
