Your recent application for a job promotion bas been cancelled.
Reason: The employee expressed his opinion on a game forum and statistically has a 1.3%-chance to suffer from an online game addiction. In his expressed opinion does he show signs of general paranoia, denial of modern Internet technology and possibly terrorist activities (=> "nuke").

Edited by: Exploding Tukey on 26/04/2010 15:26:54 It's funny how everyone starts shouting that a company knows their network SSID (something everyone around your house already knows) while ignoring the fact that dozens of companies already know so much about you. Ebay, PayPal, Even some crazy company in Iceland has gotten a hold of my credit card and started charging me for playing with spaceships.

I guess this comes down to what data they actually collected. If they were just collecting numbers like "how many poeple use wireless?" then i've no problem with that. Could be anyone.
If they were collecting data that answers "Does {real name} have wireless?" then i'd have an issue about it.

Haha I love the arrogance of driving onto private property to take pictures available to public perusal. I can't wait until they decide that all those security cameras in the UK are perfect for their next project, called "Privacy is for Loosers." What I really want them to do is start documenting floor plans so that I can go on to the net and know exactly where I'm going without having to think about it on site. -Jin Nib Trading on behalf of Opera Noir since: 2009.03.02 03:53:00
