Any offers? All cap prereq finished (only need carrier skillbooks and jump drive op 5, which is like 20 days) Same goes for dread, has large t2 guns, and AWU5
Other then that its a pretty solid Gallente character.
Let Me know, thanks.

Hmm, God I hate jack ass bids that come from people trying to low ball.
You have done a good job up to this point. We are coming out of the winter months where this market goes stagnant. So I will use the same formula that I use every summer.
100-200 isk per sp on scattered skills (not necessary to the buyer) 200-250 isk for every need none cap sp that applies to necessity 250-300 isk for every cap sp that applies to necessity
If I was on the market for this type of guy, your skills for the most part run all in the 200-250 mark. So to rough it, 7 bill to 8.75 bill. That is just a quick assess and an estimate. That number will very according to how motivated the buyer is.

6.5 youd be ripping yourself off as the lowest possible considered sale price.
7-7.5 is about spot on.
8.5 or more youd be ripping the buyer off.
just my opinion based on experience of buying and selling characters.
